Information about order delivery and product exchange procedures.
Shipping
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your orders arrive safely. Orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday). Orders confirmed before 14:00 WIB will be processed on the same day.
- Greater Jakarta: Estimated delivery 2 - 3 business days.
- Outside Greater Jakarta: Estimated delivery 3 - 7 business days depending on destination.
A tracking number will be sent to your email after the package has been handed over to the logistics partner.
Return / Exchange Policy
We understand that the clothing you order may sometimes not fit as expected. Therefore, we provide a size exchange policy with the following conditions:
- Exchange claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days after the order is received.
- Items must be clean, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and still have the brand tag attached.
- Return and reshipment shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defects that passed our quality control.
- Exchanges do not apply to promotional products or items discounted more than 30%.
